Tidio is a great support for our customer care team, enabling us to chat live with customers and resolve issues in real time. When the operators are not online, it responds quite well to requests, and we deal with them in the morning. We sell mostly furniture with many specifications that need to be understood by the client, and Tidio is able to keep them engaged while we find information.

Very good app and the AI is helpful, if you train it correctly it can answer all the basic and even complex previously asked questions. Very good app

From our use on our store, I enjoy it because I can respond quicker to messages and give our customers the best support as fast as possible because most customers do not want to take the time to email or call these days.

There are different options, definitely cheaper than Tidio, but honestly, if you integrate everything and set it up right, the amount of things you can do is worth the effort. Its probably not for everybody, but if you do have to offer support for clients, this is a tool you should try.

Having a live chat option on your website creates confidence within potential buyers and customers, and we find Tidio does it best! Everything is very organized and advanced, but not in a way that is too difficult to understand for beginners. Don't hesitate, you won't regret using this app!

Been using Tidio for almost 6 years for 3 Shopify stores and it is the best and most reliable chat program with the best possible features available on the market. Never had the slightest issue! Highly recommend!

This has been a great tool for our business, offering a wide range of useful features and resources. We primarily use it for the chatbot, and it has performed really well in that area. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the ticketing interface could be improved. Aside from that, it’s been a very positive experience overall
