If anything, I wish they had more flexible customization settings - having only one color for the chat button, home header area and message bubbles - is rather limiting.

Easy to use for chats on the go, mobile app works well. There's some automatic chatbot features, like a silly meme, which I didn't want turned on, so be sure to look around at all the initial settings before letting their AI go live.

We're really happy with Tidio. We've been able to streamline all written customer communications through Tidio, including social media and it has been a gamechanger. Also the live chat works seamlessly and the AI is getting very good

We’ve been using Lyro AI through Tidio on our Shopify store and it’s already taken a huge load off of customer service. It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers get fast, accurate answers even after hours. Overall it feels like having an extra support rep who never sleeps and keeps getting better the more we use it. It's also a great lead generation tool and they're still innovating.

The best AI livechat out there is TIDIO, I wish they can make their plan a little more affordable, however I love it as its the best app to collect emails via the interactive bot.

We started using Flows, creating a complex menu and Q&A system, and now we've deployed Lyro AI.
Lyro AI was fairly easy to train using data from our website. With Actions, customers can check the delivery status of their orders. The AI can also communicate in multiple languages, which is important to us.
The AI is actually getting pretty good at answering customer questions. This has been a huge help in freeing our team up to focus on the more important customer questions.

We've tested a few platforms now all with AI integrated. Most of them can be very hallucinatory in their responses and then there's a mad scramble to get back to the customer to give them the correct information.
Its early days with Tidio but in our testing it's been absolutely spot on with all the questions, some of which have been quite technical. What I do like is that if its unsure then it will actually handoff to a human, but ask for information to clarify responses to future similar questions.
