We used Tidio in the past and are now coming back to it for the Real-Time Visitor Monitoring, Cart View, Conversational AI (Lyro), and for the affordability and ease of use that we missed. Tidio gives so much value without being complicated to setup, its a nice change, and also a great application!

User friendly, Lyro is helpful. The phone app could be better, a tad difficult to navigate compared to desktop, but overall very helpful for our business!

Tidio has been very useful for our online store. The live chat is easy to set up and helps us reply to customers faster, especially when they ask about products, delivery, or order details. The chatbot also saves time by answering common questions when our team is busy. Overall, it makes customer support smoother and more professional.

Tidio is a great support for our customer care team, enabling us to chat live with customers and resolve issues in real time. When the operators are not online, it responds quite well to requests, and we deal with them in the morning. We sell mostly furniture with many specifications that need to be understood by the client, and Tidio is able to keep them engaged while we find information.

Tidio has a feature that upgrades your package automatically. This is in theory a good idea during Seasonal sales. However, it doesn't downgrade automatically after that.

Extreme seasonality is a known fact in E-Commerce, so it's undeniably bad intend by Tidio and was probably developed as a cash grab instead of convenience for small businesses. They upgrade you once your numbers rise and enjoy the extra profit if you do not downgrade manually afterwards.

Who doesn't love it to micromanage your plugins regularly on top of your customers, thanks a lot Tidio. Always love to work with companies who specialize in f*ing over their customers instead making a good product.

Due to known fluctuations in this kind of business it's undeniable this was developed having that in mind. Therefore bad intend is also undeniable. Either that or complete incompetence, both deserves a 1 star rating.

We've been using Tidio for our online store support at Tegami, and honestly — it's been a lifesaver. Super easy to set up, clean interface, and the free plan is actually useful (not just a teaser).

What we love the most:

Real-time chat with visitors

The chatbot automations save us tons of time

Mobile app works great — we can reply from anywhere

Integrates perfectly with Shopify / WooCommerce

And their support team? Surprisingly fast and friendly.

If you're running a small shop and want something affordable yet powerful — go for Tidio. Highly recommended.

Great app, we used this for a period of time and switched to Zendesk as we are more email focused but a month later and we are back as the Lyro Livechat agent is just too and solved so many queries before they even became an email ticket
