Tidio is very easy to use and the support is excellent! I would highly recommend Tidio to anyone that needs a live chat widget on their website.
great customer service especially Ricardo he helped me with a few issues and was patient, as for the app it's really professional, and I haven't had any issues so far, highly recommended.
There is no way to bind the tidio shopify app to another email address, you would have to start from scratch and lose all previous conversations.
