I had a few problems, was turned down at first, but the folks at Tik Tok worked with me to help me get approved. I am 62 and tech challenged. They were very patient and kept sending me emails on what information I needed and how to get it sent in until it was received. I was a little stressed due to my lack of tech skills. They were a big help to make the process better than it could have been. I am grateful.

i have been trying for a year, nothing works, no support except bots. i need a special category manually approved and nothing happens. i'd be happy to have real help on that but atm i'm giving up. plus email spam is sooooo intense, about 5 emails a day in all languages possible...

It was a bit confusing in some areas, especially when it came to porting over my products from Shopify. One example being that my kids shirts are 'restricted' and TikTok Shop is requesting a TON of documentation. I have a third party fulfilling my shirts for me so that is super annoying.

its quick and easy to set up and use, i wish they would also use the reviews we have on the products

BEWARE!
They will not provide a courier for pallet deliveries and if you ship anyway they will not recognise the shipping and refund the customer even though the item has been delivered!

Apart from the usual sign in issues across all social media platforms I find TikTok Ads creator to be ahead of its time. TiKToK is fast and easy to use. Step by step configuration steps with brief to the point notes, would be a game changer for the newbies. But Overall its an amazing Platform

i was confused at first with the 5 different sectors of TikTok...but after some clarification, i appreciated how they all integrate with each other for a well-rounded platform

Tiktok cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to the buyers even though it was fulfilled via Shopify. I got a violation and they deactivated my account. After several tries of submitting appeal with clear evidence and talking to their agent, they decided to create a ticket for me. But then, after few days, everything was erased; all past orders, appeals, evidence, everything. Like it is a new store. It is very sketchy that they can just do that and also not return the money. I absorbed all the loses and it is frustrating for a small business.
