Apart from the usual sign in issues across all social media platforms I find TikTok Ads creator to be ahead of its time. TiKToK is fast and easy to use. Step by step configuration steps with brief to the point notes, would be a game changer for the newbies. But Overall its an amazing Platform

i was confused at first with the 5 different sectors of TikTok...but after some clarification, i appreciated how they all integrate with each other for a well-rounded platform

Tiktok cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to the buyers even though it was fulfilled via Shopify. I got a violation and they deactivated my account. After several tries of submitting appeal with clear evidence and talking to their agent, they decided to create a ticket for me. But then, after few days, everything was erased; all past orders, appeals, evidence, everything. Like it is a new store. It is very sketchy that they can just do that and also not return the money. I absorbed all the loses and it is frustrating for a small business.

I am extremely unfamiliar with TikTok, but I seem to have managed to set up the business account. This was a continuation from the other day. When I continued tonight, I saw that some of my products have already been approved for sale on TikTok, so I am extremely grateful that this was a pretty pain-free process.

No syncing, using wrong language in wrong markets, unclear setup, contradicting guides and workflow, and what the apps says is actually not similar that what is said on the tiktok seller centre itself. It's a complete nightmare to setup, to try to fix anything. I've been busy with it for a week, with random errors and syncing problems showing up. Information in the shopify app does not seem to communicate with tiktok seller centre at all. A billion dollar company serving this kind of crap is just an insult.

Good app to sync your Shopify store products with TikTok Shop but only allows for a limited number of products to be synced to start with.

The setup process was straightforward but took a couple of sessions to complete. Most of the instructions were easy to follow. The warehouse mapping and unmapped warehouse warning were confusing — clearer instructions would help. Product sync and approval process is slow but working. Overall good integration with Shopify.
