Brilliant app especially for those who would like to avoid all the coding involved when manually installing facebook pixel and event pixels! Installed it yesterday and set up all the features without difficulties. Requested support's help installing Trackify into clickfunnels and received tremendous help and lots of great suggestions in regards to some other questions I had.
I don't know why others write about bad support quality - I am an absolutely happy customer (got the support I needed immediately after I signed up!!!) and have been looking for solutions Trackify offers for a long time. I thought setting up catalogues and product feeds in facebook was going to be another headache of mine, not anymore - had that all configured in less than 5 minutes, with Trackify! An absolutely honest review here!
The app offers really advanced features that seasoned marketers will certainly enjoy. You can basically do whatever you want with the FB pixel. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the UI is not very intuitive and requieres a long learning curve. The documentation is abundant but not always updated, and again it's not organized enough and has a lack of hierarchy. Learning to use this app will require quite a lot of your time and maybe you'll feel some frustration trying to find the video that explains what you exactly want to do. The good point is that once you understand how to use it... The possibilities are almost limitless.
I would like to suggest the the creator to improve the UI/UX (maybe hiring an external consultant?) and also to try to update, tidy and organize the documentation. With this improvements, IMO, it would be a 10/10 app.
I had some issues with the older version of Trackify, and Thomas recommended I try out TrackifyX. I'm very happy with how proactive and helpful both him and Danny have been. It's great to see developers that actually care and what to see you succeed. Highly recommended. This software is powerful and absolutely necessary to scale your business up in my honest opinion.

Really helpful staff. They'll make sure your pixel is working properly and you can get a backup one. Not a bad thing when pixels hold all your data.

They did fraud with me, team claimed they will remove the charge from my bill but they never did. They said, uninstall the app & we will remove charges but guess what? charges were never removed.

I was having trouble getting this started because my facebook settings were a little off. But Thomas did a screen share session with me and walked me through every bit of setting it up and showing me how it works. That was BEYOND helpful! Seriously, thank you Thomas!! I am going to make some tags and will most likely have this app for a very long time. Thanks again! A+ Customer Service !
REALLY GREAT APP - if it actually worked, but its full of bugs and every time you reach the Support they say its must be a Facebook bug.... Spend oceans of time trying to make it work but i gave up

I went through all your customer service tickets from the past 10 days and they all refer to the catalog and feed builder feature of Trackify. There are in fact irregularities ("bugs") in Facebook concerning that feature, and we have done what we could to help you mitigate and resolve the issues you were facing.
Since there are some complexities involved with the catlaog in Facebook itself, we would be happy to assist in actually setting up the catalog to your liking in your Facebook account so you don't have to spend time figuring it out yourself.
The Trackify Feed Builder is one of the most powerful feed builder apps in Shopify, and is definitely up to the task of running great DPA ads. Besides that, it is only a side feature of our app.
