First of all, it tracks events much better than Facebook native pixel. Whenever you have a problem or don't understand something - the support is there to help you by answering all your questions and even setting up a quick Zoom call to maximise the quality of events tracking.

I have been experimenting with tracking softwares for a while and Trackify X looked like a good solution. So I tested it out and I thought I was missing some stuff.
I contacted the support on a Sunday, and had someone on a Zoom call to help me within 10 minutes.
Deepanjoy helped me set everything up in 15 minutes and explained a lot of the features to me as well.
I really appreciate that fast customer support!
