Merchants appreciate this app for its seamless Shopify integration, ease of managing up to 500 products for free, and access to trendy, high-quality fashion items. The intuitive interface, custom branding options, and detailed product descriptions enhance store functionality and brand identity. Merchants also commend the responsive and professional customer support team, adept at resolving various issues efficiently.
I ordered several samples at once, and one was 2 small, return instructions stated that the SKU on the bag had to match the item SKU, however there was no way to find the SKU on the site, and it didn't occur to me to match each bag with each item when taking them out. Harold was helpful in helping me figure out what the SKU was, so that I could use the correct plastic bag in order to make a return. Harold deserves 5 stars for his help, but I gave 4 stars for the overall experience -- if the SKU had been published on the order page then I wouldn't have had to reach out to support in the first place.
