Shopify Multilingual has been out for 2 years. From your app it is not possible to select different language template based on the customer language. This is a really huge issue: you invited me to use SFA, however this can not be used because Shopify "New Order" notification is sent when the order is confirmed, not when the order is fullfilled.
You definitely have to update this app asap in order to be compatible with shopify multilingual api.

When sending review invitations, you can choose when invitations should be created. Order confirmed is the default selection but you can switch to order fulfilled. Terrible app - widget integrations don't work. I am paying nearly £200 a month for their service and I deeply regret it, their services do not reflect those within the agreement and I will be renouncing the contract void if this is not fixed. I 'product multi-source' widget won't even show up on my product page - trustboxes don't even appear when you drag and drop. Footer widgets only show on the landing page - if you add one on another page then it will publish and show two widgets on the landing page above another. I am more than technically literate with computers - I imagine how difficult it is for an ordinary person.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It looks like our widgets are disrupting your website performance. To help place the TrustBox widget on your page, you must know the total weight of your webpage. The average web page weighs around 1.6 MB and some eCommerce sites weigh 5MB or more. The TrustBox adds on an average of 50kB which depends on the type of widget you select and how much data it displays. To put it in perspective, on a very small page, a TrustBox will take over about 6% of the page’s total size.

Most everything can be done through the Trustpilot app in Shopify with some "minor" aspects. Else the website has the other additional details to configure Trustpilot. So far after about 3 months, the "Free" plan has been a good fit. Looking to see value of our before we StepUP to a paid plan.

Have been using Trustpilot for a few months now, great for automating the collection of reviews. However, cannot consolidate product reviews collected from different countries or the same product that is separated out at variant level.

what a RIP OFF, I typed out off my reviews one by one on my site, trust pilot came to me site, tried to blackmail me to take it down and to pay there 2400 per year fee or they would sue me. I DECIDE IF I WANT TO SHOW MY REVIEWS, i hate that place, I am building my google reviews instead now. the price is NOT worth it, its way to expensive the people that pay it? well I have some sand to sell u if you want?

STAY AWAY, the support is horrible, worst I have ever experienced, the tech is also way behind other providers such as Stamped.io and Yotpo. Go with one of those not TrustPilot!
