The drag and drop feature for the widget would not work at all. Tried on two different laptops and browsers. Click to drag and drop and the icon highlights the first time but then wont carry over.

I downloaded the app integrated it all fine, But when coming to the drag and drop widget page as soon as i click the widget to drag it, the widget just doesnt drag and wont let me insert the widget onto my pages :(

what a RIP OFF, I typed out off my reviews one by one on my site, trust pilot came to me site, tried to blackmail me to take it down and to pay there 2400 per year fee or they would sue me. I DECIDE IF I WANT TO SHOW MY REVIEWS, i hate that place, I am building my google reviews instead now. the price is NOT worth it, its way to expensive the people that pay it? well I have some sand to sell u if you want?

Does not work - widget function takes me to my front page. Nothing happends. So there is nothing to use the app for.

I requested 2 things and the salesperson told me we can do it. But after I signed the contract they said we are unable to do what I want. I requested cancellation but they said we cannot cancel you have to pay the full 12 months! I will take legal action! Stay away from them otherwise, they will try to scam you!

As mentioned previously, our contracts have a 30 day notice period and reminders are sent prior to this 30 day period via email. When a contract (or an automatic bank payment) is cancelled within this period customers are charged for the following quarter as stated in our contract terms. Your Customer Success Manager can help you to work through the original requests made, please do reach out to them directly via email.

Removed the app with the intention of reinstalling it as the widget customiser stopped working meaning that my site has been missing widgets for over a week now. Can't reinstall as I get an error message saying the page cannot be found when I press "add app". We pay £400 a month to this multinational company and they can't even get an app right. Support has been useless so far, blaming it on 3rd party ad blockers - I have none on the multiple devices I've tried to get this working on. Unacceptable.

Terrible app and company. These leeches make money off brands by giving open forum for reviews including bot reviews and then attempting to upsell you on upgrading to a higher tier program which allows filtering.

We give everyone the opportunity to use our platform for free, this allows you to engage and respond to reviews, build on your TrustScore and also flag what you feel are false reviews about your business. Whilst we are a free platform and open for everyone to use unpaid, we recognise that we offer exclusive features to our paying customers. These features focus mostly on marketing collateral for businesses, deeper platform insights, increased use of features such as Trustboxes and access to Customer Success Manager. They do not offer to ability to remove reviews of any kind. All reviews made to businesses (paid or on a free plan) are scanned by the same systems and have the same flagging processes, we have the same rules for both because we must maintain the integrity of our platform and we see this as a pivotal component of doing so.

horrible customer care. I feel like i talk with a robot everytime i send them an email, no one understands.
I was supposed to talk with a manager she didnt reply to emails.
Dont use trustpilot, better use google reviews, at least its free.

What is going on?? Nobody can log in, rendering the app and integrations useless. This needs to be sorted NOW.
