Le pire support client que j'ai connu sur Shopify. Mon problème m'a été annoncé comme « résolu » au moins 6 fois — et à chaque fois, rien n'était réglé. Il fallait tout réexpliquer depuis le début, pour recevoir encore une fausse confirmation de résolution.
Pire : le support ne comprend pas les demandes. Les réponses sont à côté de la plaque, on tourne en rond pendant des semaines sans aucune avancée concrète.
Résultat : une perte de temps totale, le problème n'est toujours pas résolu à ce jour. Je ne peux pas recommander une application dont le SAV vous fait perdre des semaines voir des mois en vous mentant sur l'état de votre dossier.
Good morning, Dan here the owner of Trust Reviews. I am very sorry to read this review and having read your full conversation, I can see there are a few issues here.
1) For some reason, and this has never happened before, your email provider was blocking our emails, therefore repeated emails to you were bouncing back repeatedly (I have sent you the screenshots as proof of this) - the customer service advisory explained this multiple times and asked for you to move the conversation over to the chatbot but I guess this message may not have gotten through. I am looking in to why this happened and how we can get around it in the future, and can only apologise.
2) Communication breakdown. If I am honest, I struggled to follow the messages on both sides. However, this is on us and we should have done a better job of asking the right questions to determine what exactly you wanted. However. this was also not helped by the fact most of our emails didn't get through to you.
3) The repeated issues with the import were limited by your plan and then user error, which we resolved.
Again, I am very sorry your experience was stressful and took longer than it should have done, and I will be speaking to the customer service team to ensure we have procedures in place for this.

I was contacted by a client who was asking how to leave a review on my site and was frustrated with the instructions. I went to my site and noticed that the stars and leave a review were no longer appearing. I attempted to log back in to my admin, and the app would not load. I opened another browser and looked at my listings, and all of my reviews are gone.
I had previously contacted their support on multiple occasions regarding other issues, and those were unsuccessful. I recommend that you weigh all other options and use them as a last resort.
Apologies for this, Cloudfare had an outage yesterday and our servers are under a huge amount of load trying to catch up.

This is a very expensive app that does not work. The app is supposed to sent emails to clients who previously purchased items. The app stopped doing this about 4 months ago but has still charged me $100.

I can see you are using the app again and can see emails are being sent out correctly. Please note the plan you are on has a limit so not all customers will be getting review requests, our new unlimited plan is much better value and captures all orders.
The app is really well put together and the overall design is sleek and professional. I'm very happy with how the reviews interface looks on both product and collection pages—it fits in beautifully with our store's aesthetic. I initially had a bit of trouble getting the star ratings to display properly, but the support team responded quickly and fixed the problem. Really appreciate how fast and helpful they were. Solid app and great service!
They scammed me, I paid and they said i reached my 10 000 review request quota when i only had 1 000 orders, I sent them an email 12 February and till today I am waiting for a resolution!!!
Even though we had some troubles setting everything up, the support was extremely helpful to resolve the issues. Now we're on a paid plan just because of we know we have this backup. Today, this app and the team is our only solution for getting our Amazon reviews into our Shopify store
