I was contacted by a client who was asking how to leave a review on my site and was frustrated with the instructions. I went to my site and noticed that the stars and leave a review were no longer appearing. I attempted to log back in to my admin, and the app would not load. I opened another browser and looked at my listings, and all of my reviews are gone.
I had previously contacted their support on multiple occasions regarding other issues, and those were unsuccessful. I recommend that you weigh all other options and use them as a last resort.
Apologies for this, Cloudfare had an outage yesterday and our servers are under a huge amount of load trying to catch up.

Great service. Took care of my issue right away even though the problem was caused by me.
This is a very expensive app that does not work. The app is supposed to sent emails to clients who previously purchased items. The app stopped doing this about 4 months ago but has still charged me $100.

I can see you are using the app again and can see emails are being sent out correctly. Please note the plan you are on has a limit so not all customers will be getting review requests, our new unlimited plan is much better value and captures all orders.
I am using this app about a year. I love it, it works really well. I love the "import reviews" feature - very easy and clear. The most I love about the app is its support - fast and solving all the issues, helping in making review widget be close to the theme design. Thank you! Wish you success!

The app is for starters and is slowly being developed and more features are being added. They are very quick to respond and add the features that the big players have in this space. Work with the customer service team and find out how quickly they add features to this app. Highly responsive! A++++++++!

I'm sorry but there are too many instances where the review widget goes down. This is not a reliable service. I have to look for an alternative to display my reviews on my website.

Brilliant help from an agent. The app works wonders and the help with the online live chat box is super too. He managed to sort out the app integration within minutes. The app does more than most other apps I have noticed. I actually down loaded two other apps which I ended up deleting due to how bad they did not work, and decided to go with these guys. Highly recommend this app and the customer service help was 100 great.
The app doesn't allways work which is frustrating when customers are trying to find where the review icon is, and this is now looking very unprofessional on my business if the app continues to not work, then I will delete it fully and go with someone else. You can't even talk to the online chat due to this.

We have been working with the team at TrustReviews for a few weeks now and I have been impressed. They are very responsive and have been extremely helpful in setting everything up and answering any questions we have.
The performance of the app has been great so far. We have switched from a higher priced app and feel TrustReviews is our better choice. We are looking forward to seeing our customer reviews through this holiday season.
