Even though we had some troubles setting everything up, the support was extremely helpful to resolve the issues. Now we're on a paid plan just because of we know we have this backup. Today, this app and the team is our only solution for getting our Amazon reviews into our Shopify store

Ahsan was great in understanding and resolving my issues quickly and effectively. "My issues" had nothing to do with the app itself, just my lack of technical expertise in rolling it out. Ahsan was able to install the App Widget and show me how to manually request reviews via email.
