Twik is probably the best user experience Ive ever had. They had issues with rescans on websites which looked like bots, including on my shop.
I accused them of scamming and running bots. They refunded me immediately but also engaged with me and wanted to show that it was by error not design.
We worked back and forth for over 3 months and Twik finally came back with a new and improved system. I saw the scan traffic for one day and then back to normal!! That's dedication to your product and your reputation.
Even after resuming with the purchase, Twik still stayed engaged even going as far to demo new features and how I can extract maximum value from the data they provide. Looking forward to hitting new revenue highs!

Download this app and had to get rid asap, two days of no sales. And as soon as the app was turned off business was back to normal.

Thank you for submitting your concerns. We must advise that twik does not in any way interferes with the checkout process. We cannot prevent deals from happening. What twik does is reorganizing items per each person’s intent.
There are hundreds of Shopify stores currently benefiting an average 19% increase in revenue, and the uplift gets better with time and traffic for each store.
It is not unlikely that a store with a low number of deals will encounter a couple of days with no deals, just randomly.
We'd be happy to get on a call with you, reinstall the app and complete a purchase on your site together (could be of a mock product) to reassure you that twik has nothing to do with the lack of sales in the store during the days you had it running. This way you’ll be able to enjoy an uplift of sales too,

Twik continuously helps us increase our sales and conversion rates, and there not many more important numbers than these.
Their dashboard and data are very easy to understand, and the implementation is also easy and seamless.

We have a store with thousands of SKUs. Today we're selling one brand (On running) and soon willing to add 3 more brands we're importing. Sorting the products correctly by personal experience is a huge game changer for us. Thank you Twik for helping us do the relevant changes without touching anything

We are looking to increase our CRO at any time. With the new hype around AI we've decided to add Twik to our store and increase our sales. Starting our first week with Twik we saw amazing people that made us a demo call and explain about the onboarding process. We're now hands on on our analytics and willing to see the change right away.

Today we have uninstalled the app Twik from our store.
It had become very difficult to track the deliverables of this app. We were on the legacy plan and we were told that all the features will be available for us as we were one of the first users of this app.
However, it was disappointing that neither the team kept their promise nor the app looks to be any more as useful as before

This is a revolutionary app that has taken an otherwise static customer journey and enhanced it to make it personalized and specific to the customer's shopping behavior. This is Gold Jerry! We are well into our second month and have already noticed increases in important metrics like, add to cart, purchase rate. To top it all off, excellent support from Guy. who has taken the time to work with us and guide us throughout our journey with Twik. Must Have APP! at least give it a shot.
