Were to begin this updated review.

Twik is probably the best user experience Ive ever had. They had issues with rescans on websites which looked like bots, including on my shop.
I accused them of scamming and running bots. They refunded me immediately but also engaged with me and wanted to show that it was by error not design.

We worked back and forth for over 3 months and Twik finally came back with a new and improved system. I saw the scan traffic for one day and then back to normal!! That's dedication to your product and your reputation.

Even after resuming with the purchase, Twik still stayed engaged even going as far to demo new features and how I can extract maximum value from the data they provide. Looking forward to hitting new revenue highs!

This is a revolutionary app that has taken an otherwise static customer journey and enhanced it to make it personalized and specific to the customer's shopping behavior. This is Gold Jerry! We are well into our second month and have already noticed increases in important metrics like, add to cart, purchase rate. To top it all off, excellent support from Guy. who has taken the time to work with us and guide us throughout our journey with Twik. Must Have APP! at least give it a shot.

I’m not pleased with my experience with twik and have contacted support for a refund app states I was charged for something I did not approve or sign up for . I have requested a refund and want confirmation my subscription I never asked for was canceled twik did not work for my account and I would appreciate some type of communication from support soon . Please and Thank you

We are sorry to hear that you feel unhappy with your experience of our app.

Our customer support is available Sunday to Thursday, 9am-7pm. If there was any misunderstanding regarding Shopify's billing or app usage, surely, we would be happy to get things sorted, by a call or email.

According to Shopify's billing system, you installed our app on the 20th of April and uninstalled it yesterday. We would gladly speak with Shopify if you believe that the app was installed without your approval, and try to sort this issue for you.

We have also just replied to your email with a link to schedule a call with us, so we'd be able to better understand this case and make our best efforts to assist you, including a refund. We have no intention of charging you if you did not benefit from using our app.

Loving the app- works seamlessly and we've been seeing a 30% increase in sales since using it. It really is 'plug & play'- the app does it all on its own! Customer support is very responsive and friendly.

We absolutely love TWIK! Talk about an app that WORKS & pays for itself! We've had the TWIK app plugged into our Shopify site for over a year now and the results speak for themselves. Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, Add To Cart Frequency, and of course REVENUE...every single metric that matters is better since partnering with TWIK! Can't wait to see what they come up with next. We're huge fans!

Amazing customer service! Talk about a professional. I encountered a misunderstanding from a staff member, and the owner reached out personally to resolve the issue. His key values to provide excellent customer service and service for his customers is unmatched. A true man of integrity and compassion. I'm sure I will be part of the Twik family for a very long time to come. Rio, I can't thank you enough. I wasn't expecting your swift response and sense of urgency to resolve the issue, but most importantly making sure I was comfortable and understood the system. Thank you for the new tools you shared.
