The process is time consuming, but worth it. We understand that others are looking for the process to be speedy, but they probably saw the exact things as we did. Install the app, then channel, and then sync our catalogues. But, we should have been informed to actually install the channel, then the app, and then allow permissions for store connection. Then after, the catalogue will sync, but we also have to be signed into our twitter accounts and they cannot be personal or creator accounts. Even though we have to setup product sets, and the process can be lengthy--it's worth it and doable. Again, the process takes a good bit of time if you are in a hurry and do not understand everything that is being asked of the process. So, after allowing time to sync the store, catalogues, accounts, and create a product set--we'll have the "red" view shop tab present on our twitter account. This will only be visible from another twitter account. You just have to trust the process from shop studsmenfashion.com I didn't give it five stars because we're actually exhausted from the process. Maybe later. Thanks! :)

This has been the easiest storefront to set up. It took less than 15 minutes to sync with my Shopify store.

We're stuck in an endless loop after connecting Twitter. It says our products are synced and we're ready to set up our store front. We click the button to add products from our Shopify, then it leads us back to this page to add the app, which we have done. I can't do anything from this page now except read reviews and leave my own. I can't get any products to show on our Twitter account.

Hi LushDecor,

Thank you for reaching out! Once you’ve completed the onboarding steps on Shopify, you’ll need to head over to Twitter Shopping Manager (https://ads.twitter.com/shopping_manager) to create Product Sets and publish your Twitter storefront. Your products should be automatically synced and can be found via the “All Products” tab, and there is no need to manually add products or go back to Shopify.

Please follow this guide https://twitter.app.box.com/s/w19e6hh1aylyo3j4rdal8vygnq8x6vvv for a full end-to-end walkthrough of the steps to activate a Twitter Shopping feature on your profile. Specifically, page 8 to 11 shows the individual step to publish a storefront.

Please reach back out to merchant-support@twitter.com if you run into any issues!

Thank you,

Hi Sons of SPPhillips, thank you for your interest! We checked your Twitter profile and saw that your data sync is connected properly, and have both Twitter Shop and Twitter Spotlight successfully enabled! Please note it’s only visible on mobile devices in the United States at this time. We also shared a screenshot of your Shop and Spotlight via an email sent by merchant-support@twitter.com for your reference. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.
