We have a custom-built in-store pick up option and the Spently Team helped make sure that all of our order confirmation and shipping emails were accurate and had the correct language based on the type of order that was being processed.
I ran into some issues where Spently wasn't compatible with my stores latest theme update. The Spently support team were quick and efficient in their response and went above my expectations to fix the issue we had. Very impressed!
I just moved to Shopify. I'd been using a more complex platform for five years that, for all its complexity, lacked basic capability such as easily modifying the canned emails sent to customers. Worse, tailoring one notification email would have cost $1000!
While Shopify's canned notification emails are fine, Spently definitely takes them to a higher level. They enable me to send emails that in terms of polish and design rival those of much larger businesses.
The Spently team made this super easy to set up and we started making money on Day 1. After 30 days with our new emails, we had a 50x ROI. Incredible! Our new favorite app!

It has great features and very easy to use !
The app is so great to use and required 0 setup (coding, etc), unlike other ones. You do of course have to set up your templates, but this is just drag and drop and copy and paste kind of stuff. Super easy. They also offer to do it for you, if you do not have time. The emails look very professional and look a million times better than the ones Shopify provides.
This app has been a real game changer for my site. This is extremely helpful since I am not a tech savvy. I was unsure my website was sending plain messages to my customers and now I'm very confident that this has helped give my website a professional look. Highly recommend!
If you are reading this review, Spently is a tool you should be using. End of story. We use Klaviyo for the bulk of our email marketing, but using only that leaves holes in an email strategy. We weren't able to leverage notification emails to generate more revenue. We weren't able to really take charge on upgrading what our notification and transaction emails looked like as they go to our customers. Spently changed that, and they gave us a lot more control over what our emails looked like and how they functioned. That's enough to pay for the service, I promise you. Beyond the app being great at what it does, let's talk customer service. I told the Spently team that we had an upcoming launch SOON. Their response was to take our site design and help us create beautiful email templates that matched it for every notification we need to send out, in under a week. I cannot stress enough: not only does Spently do it's job as an app and WAY MORE than pay for itself, but their team took DAYS of work off of my shoulders when my time was limited and pressure was on. They are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely awesome in every way. This morning, a member of their team reached out to me and told me she had seen the new site in it's final form and had suggestions on updating the templates. These are people you want on your side, and you should use Spently. It is not an expense, it is an investment with a huge ROI, and not investing will cost you money.
UpOrder has been great! The emails have generated tons of revenue for the store and their customer service and help has been top notch. Tina is always available to help us out with anything we need!
