This app has been a real game changer for my site. This is extremely helpful since I am not a tech savvy. I was unsure my website was sending plain messages to my customers and now I'm very confident that this has helped give my website a professional look. Highly recommend!

If you are reading this review, Spently is a tool you should be using. End of story. We use Klaviyo for the bulk of our email marketing, but using only that leaves holes in an email strategy. We weren't able to leverage notification emails to generate more revenue. We weren't able to really take charge on upgrading what our notification and transaction emails looked like as they go to our customers. Spently changed that, and they gave us a lot more control over what our emails looked like and how they functioned. That's enough to pay for the service, I promise you. Beyond the app being great at what it does, let's talk customer service. I told the Spently team that we had an upcoming launch SOON. Their response was to take our site design and help us create beautiful email templates that matched it for every notification we need to send out, in under a week. I cannot stress enough: not only does Spently do it's job as an app and WAY MORE than pay for itself, but their team took DAYS of work off of my shoulders when my time was limited and pressure was on. They are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely awesome in every way. This morning, a member of their team reached out to me and told me she had seen the new site in it's final form and had suggestions on updating the templates. These are people you want on your side, and you should use Spently. It is not an expense, it is an investment with a huge ROI, and not investing will cost you money.

UpOrder has been great! The emails have generated tons of revenue for the store and their customer service and help has been top notch. Tina is always available to help us out with anything we need!

Spently definitely gave my webstore's appearance an upgrade when it came to customer notification emails.

For businesses like webstores that rely HEAVILY on visual aesthetic appeal, Spently is truly valuable. No debating this fact. Ask yourself the hard question: Does your customer notifications look up to par? Unless you're already using a similar service or just really well-versed in code, probably not. Spently fills that gap for you. 5-stars from me.

We have only just recently moved across to Shopify and so far love it. However, we were surprised by how limited their email templates are and the ability to easily modify them. Without an app like Spently there’s too much coding required compared to how simple everything else is in Shopify. Being able to modify email templates to match the look and feel of Scott’s brand as well as have a nice easy to use interface that matches the rest of Shopify was a must. We landed on Spently, and while it’s early days, we’re liking how easy it is to modify and change the templates and still get a professional result.

We’d like to see more ability to drill down into the data (e.g. rather than just total numbers of opens, who actually opened the email), but these updates I hope will come.

Really delighted with the Spently app so far and looking forward to being able to cross-promote products and drive repeat sales. Well worth the addition and an essential first app to add to your Shopify.

- Update: We had a slight issue with Spently's new auto follow up working on Safari, but Ren was right onto it and had the issue sorted for us promptly. Thanks.

Spently has completely upgraded how we do EDM's. Our emails are now on-brand and we saw our revenue grow almost instantly. Highly recommend!

Using Spently has helped Annmarie Skin Care leverage more revenue, even with a narrow attribution window. Plus, the team has been helpful in a total redesign of our transactional emails, to ensure a sleek customer experience. Ours has been great, by the way, living up to the White Glove claim. Definitely recommend!
