We recently rebranded our entire product line and launched a new website - so adding Spently was the final piece of the puzzle in improving our customer's experience. We couldn't be more happier with the results of our new store emails. Tina from the Spently team understood our brand DNA instantly and set up was totally seamless. The quality of an app is made, by equal measures, by the value added from their service but also by the level and efficiency of support they provide when you need some. In this case, Spently is currently doing great at both! Would highly recommend.

We just started using spently to clean up our post purchase emails. We have the skills to code these emails in house, but just kept pushing it off. I spent one afternoon with spently and have an entire suite of emails I am proud to send to our customer.

Spently is a really great app, it actually serves two very important purposes. Branding your notifications from Shopify and increasing sales. Most apps have an issue every now and then and if you have many apps.. You are sure to have a lot of extra work on your hands tweaking and fixing and stuff. Spently is probably the only app that you set up once and it just keeps making money for you night and day without a complaint! This is for sure what you need if you have a store!

This app has saved me from any dispair that I could possibly have when it comes to follow up emails with my customers and being new to ecommerce. It is absolutely amazing!!! When my wholesalers in China fulfill orders when its 3am here in Cali, Spently sent a follow up email to the customer letting them know it was on its way at 3am. Set it up and it has been running like a charm. And the cutomer support people particularly Nick has been patient and detailed when giving instructions. I couldn't have made a better investment for my new business. Headache free and worth every penny! Thank you!!!
