Just starting with Spently but so far so good. The templates are easy to modify and give a polished, professional look. Support has been great, very responsive. Looking forward to getting the most from this app when my store is up and running.

I have tried a LOT of solutions to maximise my email efficiency and Spently really does the job well. You can replace all of the standard Shopify emails with your own branded set and include coupons, recommend products and so much more.

You have the peace of mind knowing that all of your emails are sent through Shopify's servers so the delivery rate is fantastic. Also, because these emails are transactional, the open rates are phenomenal and you can subtly include upsells and cross sells without coming across too 'salesy' like the way a newsletter campaign might be perceived.

There's a full range of Automation series that you can set up including Customer Winback, Cart Abandonment, Review Requests, Customer Purchase History et cetera.

Install now - worth every penny!

Amazing service. Tina was very helpful in assisting us in setting up our templates. She went above and beyond what we expected to receive and was very prompt with her replies. The designed emails have definitely made a difference to our customers and ensure they are always prompted with the appropriate emails and discounts. Absolutely the worst now since it changed from Spently to this new group.
We have been with spently for 5 years, and had amazing ROI. Over the last week it seemed like something was wrong with our retargeting emails with spently, then to very quickly find out that it was taken over by another company. All of our emails looked horrible, not how they did on spently, and people were only getting the receipt emails and delivery. Thus costing us lost sales!! DON'T waste $99 monthly. Go to Orderly. Their system is very up to date with the times, and have many features.
