Pretty good app. But features are simple for what it does. Way too expensive if you're just at the start of the premium tier doing 1001 orders a month, that's like $0.40 tax on every order you make, for emails being sent from shopify, not even the app. The app just generates some discount codes for you and product images after setting up the initial templates. As much as I like the app, I'm urgently looking for alternatives because it does not make business sense in the way they are charging for the app

Have been looking forward to getting into this app and upgrading our emails for out upcoming new site. Unfortunately for me, it has become a hassle. The biggest headache is that after you spend considerable time on customizing an email, most of those customizations do not carry over to the next notification template. This did not seem correct so I checked the FAQ and it says to use the "Replicate" feature. Well I can't seem to locate it. Additionally, when going into he company settings, I continue to get a login error. This is after I am already logged in. Even after resetting the password it still gives the username / password error and will not log in. Very frustrating!

The vast majority of reviews seem to speak well of the app. So take my experience with a grain of salt and I would recommend you try the app for yourself before making a decision. For me however, it just seems to be a bit too quirky for the price.

Speaking of price, for the amount charged on mid to high tiers, there really should be a few more quality templates available to choose from. While the ones available are decent, it would still be nice to have a larger selection. Perhaps more will come in the future. For now, be prepared to do a good bit of customization. The interface is easy enough to work with though and you should get the hang of it quite quickly. Good luck!

Thanks so much for the great feedback! We have since introduced global settings into the email builder which allow you to create all 15 emails much quicker, and for your design to persist across all of them so you don't have to recreate them all from scratch.

We have also introduced new email template themes, and partnered with Out of the Sandbox and Pixel Union to offer email themes that match your website theme!

Love that the app has email templates for almost everything. Had a few problems understanding the discount codes, but was able to speak with someone in support who helped a lot.

This app has helped drive so many sales for us in just the first month! Definitely worth the paid version for all the additional email notifications and auto follow-ups feature. I love how we can see analytics and track performance on all the emails, and I especially like the "refer-a-friend" discount option. Highly recommended!

The idea of this app is great. However, app does not work. You can create cool emails but they will not publish. There's no option to copy the html for shopify. I really wanted this app to work. I spoke with several associates that were not able to assist me. Hopefully I can find an app similar that actually works. Don't waste your time designing emails.

This app is a must for any Shopify store. It makes so much sense - our emails with the highest open rate are now looking on brand whilst being fully utilised with opportunities to sell more and inform our customer.
Not only is it easy to use and navigate, but the customer service is amazing as well. No questions left unanswered. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Tina set up all of the code and even customized it to match my website! I’m looking forward to seeing how my customer respond and if the coupon codes work as an incentive to return.

The email templates are good and the interface is easy to use, but unfortunately it's very slow and crashes often.
