Original review: Limited features, doesn't offer the flexibility needed. While I did get some increases to cart value, I had more abandoned carts where this app showed than without the app... the pop-up is too large and intrusive and not crystal clear what a user needs to do to continue with their purchase. Don't agree with the pricing plan, you're charged even when you have nothing deployed in the app, you start to get billed once you go over 50 orders in a month, just for having the app installed, even when no upsells, cross sells, etc have been activated. Lastly, I uninstalled the app but I am still being charged and there's no customer support email / link. If I am charged again next month while I don't even have the app installed, I will be seeking a full refund.

The support (and in particular Suki) has been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues / answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great call with Trissha, she fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. Only installed the app yesterday so can't comment about functionality yet but customer service has been fantastic so far.

I installed the Selleasy app and asked for help with the settings. Veena guided me through the simple settings and I left the rest in her hands. Veena matched my colors to the colors used on the website. She responded to all my suggestions and comments with incredible patience and understanding.
