I've tried about 10 different cross-sell apps on Shopify and this one is, by far, the best. To top it off, the customer support is fantastic.

I want to update my review, a customer support lead reached out to me with a highly professional response. I can safely say I highly recommend them now and they have assured me they are going to work on internal communication better. Thank you UFE, it's a great product, truly!

This app has NOT been updated to utilize app pixels for conversion tracking, essentially making it completely useless with Shopify's new Checkout Extensibility Thank You page features. Their support is abysmal, the ticket I have opened up to address this keeps getting cycled through various support employees over and over again, each asking for collaborator access from different Gmail accounts, without any solution to the issue. This is clearly something their developers should take into account, EVERY Shopify customer will have to transition over to new checkout and thank you page by end of this year and the next.

I'm delighted to share that we've already taken proactive steps towards finding a solution, prompted by a notification from Shopify.
While it may take a little time, approximately 1-2 weeks, to finalize, progress is already well underway. We've developed a prototype and are currently dedicating our efforts to seamlessly integrating the analytics functionality and rigorously testing it to ensure it meets the highest standards for all our customers.

Regarding your previous feedback, we understand that interacting with multiple agents without resolution, due to different shifts, can be frustrating. I use this for volume discounts and it looks and works fantastic! I've asked for some custom coding and they were able to promptly accommodate. Quick customer support. This makes up 90% of my sales. Happy to recommend it.

I used many apps before, this is the best one i've ever used. I really love it because it work smoothly, nice display, easy to use, especially they got nice supporters, they're really fast. Amazing. You should try it guys, actually!

It looks like this app is having an outage. I can't get in touch with support. Customers have started to report they can no longer get to checkout. They are getting stuck on a never ending spinning wheel page which seems to be caused by this app. Very frustrating as we've seen a massive drop in conversion rate. Shopify support has now twice confirmed that all systems on their end are working properly. We have not had any other additions / apps that could cause this

The issue occurred due to a misconfiguration in the app settings, which we have resolved by changing the settings for you

After investigation, it was noticed that the "go-to cart" button function was set to "continue shopping", resulting in a functional conflict. To resolve this issue, our team has modified the button action to "go to cart", leading to the successful functioning of the popup button.

Typically, when a customer clicks on the "Go to cart" button, they are directed to the cart page. However, in this particular case, the button was set to "Continue shopping," causing a functionality conflict that prevented the customer from being redirected to the cart page.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we worked to resolve this issue. Our priority is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and your feedback helps us to improve our services.
