Vela Bulk Edit, AI & more

In a marketplace flooded with low quality apps from developers rushing out products and features without understanding customer use cases, Vela is such a well designed and executed tool for listing creation and management it's hard not to be impressed. Everything I've tested so far works flawlessly (barring user error), and I've been using the original etsy-only Vela for a long time and never had an issue. This is also one of the few apps that gets actively promoted inside the Etsy control panel for store owners, and they don't add tools lightly. I've obviously got a long list of feature requests, but what I've used so far does the job really well.

I absolutely love this app! It has made editing and updating my items SO much easier!!! What used to take hours and days, since I have such a large inventory, now takes minutes! I have used this app on another platform and was so relieved to see that they are now on Shopify too! Great customer service too...they answer questions almost immediately and have truly wonderful communication and assistance with any questions you may have. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work Vela!!

Awesome App and a game changer. Bulk Edit, Mageworx Product Options,Option Sets in BigCommerce...all are ok but not great for me. Shopify + Vela is the absolute most efficient way of dealing with Product Option Sets and Variations - 10 years of experience tells me this.

Detailed descriptions do not support editing pictures. Editing text content is updated synchronously, resulting in all original image data in the store being deleted, unable to recover, months of hard work in vain, and poor user experience.

I am awaiting a serious move from this App Dev to restore my Store. It does not place nice with Oberlo. That MAY change. And so may my review. Here was my original review....let's see if I go Yay (again) or Nay. Just be careful for now. Free is no good if it removes all your Product IDs and you cannot sync with your Fulfiment app. Mmkay? HERE is my initial review...for the record. "My first day and I am already loving it. It does what the Paid apps I have used cannot. What more can I ask for a Free app? Once I get some "legs" on my new store...I would be more than happy to pay for such a useful app. And if you have never used a Bulk Edit app...trust me...it's unimaginable to think of the hours you will waste without it!!! App simply does not preform. That was my 2 time installing this app. Both times it didn't do entire tasks and had major issue detecting all product and even working. HIGHLY UNSTABLE. Hextom editor is 100 times better working and far more stable. But its pricey :(

Worked well until it didn't. Their customer service "Justin" most useless help I've ever received on a Shopify app. Don't recommend it. Don't plan on getting it fixed if you have issues, their support even had the nerve to bash my store when it was an issue related to their app not syncing properly.

Pretty good overall, needs a few updates to the features to be one of the best editing apps available. Worth trying before going to any paid apps. Fast and good customer service.

I only wish I had Vela years ago... It is brilliant, smart and smooth, easy and quick to work with. Already saved me HOURS of work and will save so much more in the future. Can't even think about going back to how I used to work before, in both my shops on Shopify and Etsy. Thank you for a outstanding app
