Vela | AI, optimization & more

I recently opened a Shopify store & used Vela to transport all my products over from my Etsy shop. Super easy to use, made it all so quick. Massively thankful for this app. AI suggestions were helpful to improve all my product descriptions in the transfer between shops. Still using it, it makes bulk editing products much easier than in Shopify, and now using it to clean up & improve all my photos. Definitely gets 5 stars from me & well worth the money I paid for it. Had 2 things I needed to ask customer support about, and both times their replies were fast & helpful. Looking forward to them adding Ebay intergration soon.

Vela is an essential tool for anyone looking to streamline their product uploading process. Having used Vela for years, I have found them to be invaluable for inventory management and uploading efficiency. Customer support was helpful and Justin was responsive and knowledgeable when I had an issue which was swiftly resolved.

This is an indispensible time-saver, with world-class support. I got Vela about a year ago to manage my Etsy store, and then migrating all my listings to open a Shopify store (100+ products) took less than 5 minutes. Absolutely worth the tiny amount they charge -- I'm glad they're keeping this app affordable. I couldn't recommend Vela more. Get it.

This app is the only thing keeping me sane with the integration of my Shopify and Etsy shops. I use another app for inventory tracking, which also allows me to create templates for different collections. I was banging my head against the wall for weeks trying to figure out why Etsy kept knocking my listings out of the category when a template was attached to a listing (I'm sure this was my user error). I was hesitant to start using another app since I feel like there is an app for absolutely everything. In my opinion, Etsy and Shopify are two separate beast, and Vela was a lifesaver for me through this transition. Not to mention the excellent, friendly customer service. If I was asking the AI robot a question it couldn't answer, a human would jump in and help me troubleshoot. I can't wait for Vela to add inventory tracking to their platform. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. This is must for any Shopify shop and bulk editing. Love it!

This app has been a tremendous help in saving me time with the bulk editing features and moving products from Etsy to Shopify. The program is very robust and I will continue using this extremely helpful app. Justin has been a great help with any questions or issues I have encountered. He is prompt to assist and get me on track as I learn to use Vela.

I love this ap. Been using it since the free version. Happy to pay for it now becasue it saves me SO MUCH TIME. I am not the type of person who can list via .csv files, I need the visuals, and Velas layout makes my listing process streamlined.

I've been using Vela for awhile now and I would highly recommend it to anyone who sells on multiple e-commerce platforms. It's a great bulk product management software that allows me to manage my Etsy and Shopify products easily. I love the bulk product editing feature, variation profiles and Etsy product importer feature the most. This is a must have app for Etsy shop owners who are wanting to move their products to Shopify without a huge headache. I had a question late in the evening and clicked on their chat support button and was instantly connected with a live person. Not only did they answer, they sent me a link to log in remotely so they could show me how to do the task I was needing to do. Amazing customer service! I am so thankful for Justin taking the time to show me all the great new features Vela has to offer. They regularly update their software which anyone who sells on Etsy realizes this is important because changing products on Etsy is time consuming. These changes can be made quickly through Vela. Honestly, as long term user who has high expectations, Vela regularly exceeds them. The monthly subscription is well worth it, as it literally saves me hours of work by not having to go through and update and add my products manually. Very pleased with this product.

What can I say? This software is hands down my favorite among all the tools I use. With multiple stores across various platforms and over 500 listings, Vela has been a game-changer. It has saved me countless hours—if not weeks—by allowing me to make bulk changes across all my stores, instead of painstakingly editing each listing one by one on different platforms. Justin (the CEO) and his incredible team have truly been a lifesaver. I can’t imagine running my business without this software. I wholeheartedly recommend it to the 1,000+ students I teach every single week!
