The customer support is simply outstanding. Someone helped at literally 11:40pm in the evening (their time). Pretty damn impressive. And the app is wonderful too.

I'd been having a tough time for days getting my shipping rates to calculate correctly given I was dropshipping using 2 different suppliers that use different shipping rates (one charged by weight, the other charged by item value). Shopify's standard platform wasn't able to accommodate by shipping customization needs. Advanced Shipping Rules came in and saved the day though! They removed a massive headache I was dealing with and I'm super grateful for them. Definitely would recommend using if you are looking for more customization with your shipping rules.

Setting up shipping rates to ensure profitability as well as happy customers is not easy. It’s been the toughest challenge I’ve faced as a new Shopify business owner. We use several drop ship suppliers. Some are integrated with Shopify and some are not. All of them have very different shipping structures. That’s where Brian and the crew at Advanced Shipping Rules took the reigns and solved my shipping problems. The ASR app is easy to use. It does it’s job efficiently. Setting up my shipping rates for each supplier and specific products took only minutes, and my cart is running like a champ. After that, I needed to better understand how suppliers structure their shipping and the best way to save my customers money. Brian took it upon himself to call me on the phone and give me an education. Great app, great support. Thanks, guys.

This app is great! I love that I can have Sub Zones. That's a HUGE plus for us. We also utilize the Service Code feature, helping with our ERP integration. I've worked with Brian a few times on some things and he was quick to respond and easy to work with. They even just implemented FedEx SmartPost for us! Another plus! Would definitely recommend. You get a ton of features with this app.

We wanted to offer free shipping on a single product, which this app was able to do for us very easily. When I needed the rules to get more detailed, they provided great support via email and phone and walked me through how to get the functionality I needed. Great app!

It took a little time to wrap our head around some of the functionalities of this app, but in the short time that we've been using it, it's worked great. What made our experience of integrating and setting up Advance Shipping Rules was Brian's customer support - super fast to respond via email and phone, helpful step-by step-guidance, etc. That aspect made a world of a difference.

This app does exactly what I needed it to by allowing free shipping when certain products are present in the cart. Customer service was great at helping me set everything up. Thank you!

I am new to the online store business. I added Printful and have my own device, wireless earbuds called "AffordaBuds", and could not make the shipping rate/boxes/interaction between the app and my store work.

After spending much of the day reading page after page of suggestions online, I contacted Brian of advancedshippingrules because someone mentioned his app would help.
