The single page for reviews is looking great and has better load times than competitors.
I'd prefer a review tool that doesn't require the data to be loaded from external servers, but Shopify doesn't want this built in to its system. Even with the difficulties of having the data stored off Shopify's servers, it still looks beautiful (among the best of all review tools available) and the subscription options are best for my website's uses.
I have been using this system for 6 months now and I am extremely pleased with it, the support is very efficient and easily accessible. I appreciate all you do to support your clients Yusuf in particular is great! Keep up the good work team I look forward to working with you for many years to come.
Hi, I need help, but they not help me.. I pay all month $10 but my plan said free... Please give me a response..
I tolk with Helpfulcrowd, they help me today, but seid me I don´t have a subscription with those. They said me Shopify charge me the $10 in my invoice and they didnt know that..
Now, I will mail to Shopify to correct o refound the payments without app..

This app gave (and is still giving) me so much trouble. I spent an entire weekend working 16 hours a day putting my placeit models back onto my store because Shopify discovered it was a bug in this app removing them. Now, I have tried to remove it, and it is still holding on to some code and won't come off of my site. I have tried to contact the developer, and I have gotten no response. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP to your store.
Hi Sassy T's, please be assured that take these kind of technical issues really seriously, and we've escalated this internally at Shopify to get to the bottom of it.
We're sorry that we didn't get an opportunity to help remedy this with either you or Shopify support directly.
Separately, we have reached out to Shopify support and requested that they provide the evidence and logs that show that our app caused these issues as you have indicated in your review.
Just so you're aware, we've have never had any other '000's of stores report any issues such, or similar to this, as our app only has READ ONLY access for inventory and order details, not UPDATE access. At this point, we believe that any issue is highly likely to be coincidental to other activity (or another app) on your store setup around the same time, one that has write access to inventory items.
I believe that the care team has also helped remove the remaining widget that needed to be inserted manually into your theme that is NOT currently an automated supported feature with the v2.0 themes.
We'll update the reply here when have more information from the Shopify technical team.
These guys are amazing!. Yusuf helped me fix widgets on our website in no time and was very professional, quick response great customer service. App was easy to install and works well with our business. Would definitely recommend them
