Very speedy and friendly customer service. I don't really get how they fix any quirks that come up - but they do and they did it quick!

Fantastic app. Employs an automatic system which allows customers to sign up for email updates when a product is out of stock and automatically emails them when it comes back in stock. Works perfectly, makes more than enough sales to justify the app's cost. Customer support is speedy and great.

Easy to set up and user-friendly backend dashboard. I would have given 4 stars due to some design glitches when trying to customize design from within the app, but the developer team was very helpful, quick to respond and helped customize our buttons/forms exactly as needed.

A great feature that is an excellent asset to any store. Customer service goes above and beyond following up with any questions to guarantee customer satisfaction. Basic service is free which is pretty much an unlimited free trial. Will happily upgrade service once business picks up.

Their support team is amazing if find yourself needing help.
I didn't like the way the button appeared on my site initially but they fixed it within a couple hours and now it's great! I like that this app offers a free plan as well.
