What we need these days is people who solves problems. And Weglot app and the team do that. The team is also fast in responding and solving, an important thing when you are focused on your store and business and expect third party solutions to match your workflow and expectations.

I came up with a few issues in the path of translating and setting up my store with Weglot, and the team helped me efficiently in every case, with a solution. All issues were/are typically things when working with translations, external apps, different themes, etc. The app works perfect and it's fast.

Regarding the translation, you need to be aware that not even Google or the best AIs on the market are perfect when it comes to translating. The app do really well the automatic part and is super easy/friendly to the add the manual layer of your business/industry. I expect Weglot to keep evolving in this sense and also to add new features in the future. They are doing a great job!

At first it felt like a really big project to translate my whole site but with the Visual Editor it was super easy. There were some things I needed help with and I can honestly say that the support from Guillaume is the best support I have ever received from an app developer. He literally responded within 1 hour of me reaching out with the problem already solved. 10/10.

UPDATE: Just received world class customer experience once again and got help with custom css coding to adjust the language switcher to my theme. 10/10 as always!

I had some issues with manual translation, I sent an email and few minutes later everything was fixed. Thanks a lot to Guillaume and Thomas. That's the fastest service I ever had.
Overall i really like the app, it works well.

Easy to set up and install, the app is a great solution to jump into translations in a record time. The good plus is definitely the possibility to manually edit the translations, really useful for technical wordings.

Weglot is a great translation app. Their dashboard has good UX that makes it easy to use and it offers a lot of functions that I've found useful. But the thing that makes it worth the cost is the superb support they offer! You never have to wait long to get an answer and they stay with you until you've solved your problem.

The app has an easy to use interface and is able to translate our website into other languages seamlessly. We appreciate the excellent and responsive support team that have helped us in multiple occasions to ensure our translations integrate well with our website, SEO and more!
