DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. YOU CANNOT USE JUST A CHATBOT YOU HAVE TO USE THE WHATS APP FUCTION TO USE THIS.CUSTOMERS DO NOT WANT TO GIVE OUT THERE PESONAL WHATS TO CONTACT U.AND THEY HAVE THE WORST TECHNICAL SUPPRT I HAVE EVER SEEN, I MESSAGED 5 TIMES GOT ONE RESPONSE WHICH DIDNT HELP.I WOULD RATHER PAY FOF AN APP WITH SUPPORT THAT A FREE WITH NO SUPPORT THAT DOESNT WORK ANYWAY.IF YOU WANT PROOF I HAVE SAVED WHAT I SENT THE TECH SUPPRT AND WHAT THEY ANSWERED. NO SUPPORT DO NOT INSTALL. I AM JST ABOUT TO UNISTALL NOW. REALLY REALLY BAD SUPPORT AND NO CHAT BOT ONLY!!!! THERE ARE 3 OTHER APPS THAT WORK AND ARE BETTER . BY FAR
It's 100% free app. People are using this app since more than 3 years and we need ver asked them for penny. In free app, you will have issue with support. We can't support our 50000+ customers. App works fine for 99.99999999 % stores. If it is not working for you, there are plenty of other app, use those apps. We can't change app functionality for one store. And if you cant appreciate it's upto you to rate whatever you want. We have loyal customer who loves us. And we work for the and will keep working for them and keep this software forever free

It's fairly good for a free app -- but what would make it especially useful, would be putting the most recent messages at the top of the live chat, rather than forcing you to scroll endlessly, looking to see if anyone new has contacted you.
we are looking into this issue. we are new in live chat and we expect some bugs. thanks for reporting. you can directly chat with us through whatsapp also given in app dashboard
i dont know this app i have to use it then i will recommend to anyone but it looks nice interface so i think is good
They said they won't charge anything but now thay ar forcing to pay abandoned cart recovery messages to be able to use the WhatsApp button
