Excelente herramienta para poder utilizar en Shopify, cuentas con varias opciones de comunicación como WhatsApp, Instagram entre otras. 100% recomendada :)
funziona bene ho avuto difficoltà ad impostare il canale telegram ma semplicemente perchè non avevo capito dove mettere il mio user poi ha funzionato benissimo.

Fácil de instalar, no doy 5 estrellas porque aún no se cómo resultará cuando los clientes interactúen. Gracias
De momento parece que funciona bien. Muy fácil de configurar. La 5 estrella cuando corrijan que desaparezca el símbolo del chat cuando tienes deshabilitado el chat en ese horario.
