The app is new and it does a great job at collecting reviews. I can see that it will keep growing and improving as the founders learn from customers and adjust.
Update - they reached out on WhatsApp n help me fixed most of the things. Just waiting on the restoration of my old settings which got reverted bcz of re-installing
Installed with excitement after going through their site. Demo pops up, i enter the number to experience and NOTHING happens, no whatsapp message about the review, tried with mulptiple numbers, several times but if no use. Fix ur Software guys , whats the point of adverstising heavily when it doesnt work.
Reviewbit team is very active. They solve my all queries and very supportable.

Recently started using the app and it is really helpful.
Collecting reviews on whats app and publishing them on the website makes the process simple for customers and business owners.

The app was an easy set-up and so far I like it. I think it will work well for my website and do great for my business.
Whatsapp no enviaba msjs... cuando solicite ayuda les dije que no entendía y me dieron un link... les dije que no estaba satisfecho y su respuesta fue, ok entiendo cómo funciona y comentaron ok, cuando se sienta listo nos regala un review... (previo me habían pedido uno porque creían que estaba satisfecho) y hoy veo que me cobran 12 USD por envíos de Whatsapp, de hecho me llegó el msj a mi mismo y me autocalifique y no se ve nada... como tampoco de ninguno de los cientos de clientes que se enviaron... muy insatisfecho, no lo recomiendo

Not user-friendly at all. The dashboard of the app could've been more detailed. The businesses should have more control over the messages that are being sent to their customers.

Definitely 5 stars !!!
After trying some other apps on product reviews, I find this app is the best of value and easy to use. Saw a considerable uptick in the number of buyers who came back to add a review.
Excellent price / quality ratio.
And finally, every time I have submitted a request, the support team have responded in a couple hours maximum and resolve the issue quickly. I could not be more impressed with this app . And a Special thanks to Nafih for promptly resolving my questions.
