I have one doubt .. In automated message to customers you will directly send message to new customers so is there any chance to get suspend our number by whatsapp? . Please clear it . I have fear about this . Bcoz whatsapp block number if we continue send message to unknown. number

As we mentioned in the application, Automated messages are sent using pre-approved WhatsApp business number, not using your own WhatsApp number.

So no need to worry about suspension of your WhatsApp number. We are using official API to send automated message.

With that message,
- Customer will get your store name and WhatsApp link, so that they can contact you directly.
- Also if customer response to automated message then it will be available in our application admin to view what they replied.

Nice App, I'd suggest adding a ring or any sound so the customer is aware of the chat, sometimes the popup can go unnoticed.
