I have been using the application for several years now, and I have witnessed its improvements over time. I can say that I have gained many benefits from the abandoned cart sales funnels, and I am very satisfied. The support is immediate, and they help me with all the questions I have. For my store, You Minox, it allowed me to enhance messages by including images and buttons in the automated messages. I highly recommend it 100%.

We are very happy to use the application. We've been using it for almost 4 years and have seen many improvements. It now includes images and buttons in the messages, which is very important as it increases the CTR and sales from abandoned carts. Our store, Venzzio, is satisfied, and we recommend it 100%.

I have been using this app for over two months now. It is providing all the automation workflows like abandoned cart, cod confirmation, order confirmation, order fulfillment, follow up after purchase etc.

Customer support is prompt and very effective.
Abandoned cart was not working properly for me because of some third part checkouts, but support staff modified code for our store and it started working.

Nice UI and also less costly w.r.t other apps.

I have been using the Ctx: WhatsApp Chat & Marketing app for 1 week now and it has significantly improved my store’s customer engagement. The app's automated cart recovery feature is incredibly effective, and the ability to send real-time updates like order confirmations and delivery notifications has enhanced customer satisfaction.
