Yes, we know about this problem and working on it.
It affects a small number of stores.

As a quick solution I may suggest that you install our standalone version as an embedded custom JavaScript code into your theme. You can set up the widget and grab your code on https://getbutton.io/

Finally, I found a good Chat Button for my online store https://www.aditajewels.com. It's clean, easy to be understood, provide multiple IM for customers to choose.

nice and beatuiful app. but the mobile version is not so good cause it redirects the clients to outside the website, to the messenger app. and you can only have 1000 interactions for free

Perfect companion app for any e-shop that wants to accept messages through Facebook messenger. The most important aspect of the app for me is that the chat box remains there and doesn't open in a new browser window. Highly recommended.

Just installed the app. It is BEAUTIFUL, SIMPLE & CLEAN! Was skeptical because its new with only a couple reviews but wow its FREE and provides MULTIPLE communication options and takes up almost no space on mobile. I love the fact it has Snapchat. This is WAY better than any of the paid versions as you let the customer CHOOSE where they want to communicate with you.

Recommend! After test from several apps. I think this is the best and work well. I'm using messenger and whatsapp option only. Both work. If your messenger didn't work please refer to the their FAQ. The important: IT'S FREE!
