Wow, saw this on our Facebook Shopify group and installed it on a whim. WHAT A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE THIS MADE TO OUR CONVERSION RATE. We TRIPLED our checkout rate overnight and collected about 4-5x our usual newsletter signups. This app is super effective and our customers love it! Who can resist a spin?

We are using this app for Christmas sales till now. However, this is an horrible experience.
We got sooooo many negative reviews of user experience on mobile and tablet: iPhone, Android phone, iPad. Our customer support team handle 10+ more complaints every single days. I have many evidences to approve my review.
Of course we asked for their support team to fix it, but they just got back and said ...

I increase my sales on the beginning, but the conversion rates is same as Privy around 4%, i asked support for get some tips, they never answered after 1 week, very poor customer service. Very Disappointed.

Wheelio produces shadow.png sized at 1325x1331 in mobile that kills your page speed... Stay away if you want to make sales on your site....

I like it, but why it is not showing up in the checkout in shopify. I get that checkout is hosted by shopify, not the merchant, but you can use some kind of java script tag as shopify allowing you to place additional code on the shopping cart....

Brilliant gamified pop-up. These guys came first to the gamified opup scene and they are the best. I have tried several other gamified popups but nothing comes close to Wheelio's performance

I would love to give 5 stars but the auto inject feature does not work and i've reached out to support twice with no response. I guess i can just use it without auto inject it's still cool.
