This app solved the issue of needing to have different price levels for various customers. We used this app in conjunction with an auto tagging app so our customers are automatically tagged when they create an account. Once logged in the see their correct prices using the Custom Prices part of this App. Custom and Technical support has been very good. We are very happy with this app and solved our issue of needed at once various customer levels of pricing on each item on our store.

I used to use a different app and had to pay for a manual integration update for the app, whenever I upgraded my shopify theme which added up quite a bit over time and was stressful. As this app is part of the Pixel world, it integrates effortless with any upgrade I do on the Empire theme. So now I am not missing out on new features of the theme, or have to wait for the app developer to integrate the app back into the new theme. It has the same functionality than the other app I used and works without a flaw. Super happy customer, that made my life so much easier.

Nice app for wholesale but the sync speed is too slow (we have over 10k SKUs and it takes days to finish syncing). Hope they can somehow improve the app performance. Also, it would be great if they provide better theme integration support.

Also, one of the representee by the name of Kay, gave us awesome guidance & assistance and made sure that we were on the right track to get everything started and her email response time was definitely fast and on point. It's always a plus when you can run into a company whose employees are really passionate about their work - this lets me know that they put a lot of work into their company and highly respect their customers.

Overall, there customer service and the platform are A-1 and I would not advise using any other B2B wholesale app, especially if you're not so tech savvy...... this app is perfect. :)

Oh, forgot to mention... you also get a 30-day free trial to really understand how the system works before making a purchasing decision. This app is a good for the introduction of wholesale purchases, but there were some hiccups as we did not want our wholesale customers to see some of the deals that are available to our retail customers such as free shipping at $100. However, Paige from the support team was tremendously helpful in resolving any issues we had. While there are some aspects of this app that are not ideal- like shipping fees can't be customized for wholesale customers, the support I have received with any issues has been phenomenal. While the app does have its limits, the support team can't be beat!
