This is a great tool to gain customer trust for your store. We sell Swarovski crystal cat collars and we are feeling quietly chuffed about our positive reviews. Very nice, definitely dig the app and thanks to them for the great support too! It would be nice to have the ability to add a comment or note to the reviewers review. In some cases customers may write something that seems a negative that isn't or is constructive criticism for future builds. It would be nice to post a "thanks for the idea" to the post.

Really grateful for the chat system they have. I recently got one of those scam reviews where they try to advertise their email to get customers to purchase a service which is so annoying that these scammers are such Pest! Thankfully Yotpo customer service rep Jeorge Kenneth V was very helpful and resolved my issue! Thank you!
