I use this app to collect reviews and be able to communicate with Customers who tell their problem when leaving a review and I then get a chance to correct the problem if at all possible. Great product!
This app is the best, it helps me to receive feedback from my customers, and in case of any problem with an order, it gives me the opportunity to correct the problem and retain my customers. Customer service is top notch, today I needed help inserting a code into my Shopify store, and Doner did it for me in seconds. It is a great tool to receive feedback, build customer loyalty and increase sales.

After trying 6 other review apps, this is the only one that had all the features I was looking for. Their features are phenomenal and their customer service is even better. I highly recommend YOTPO to anyone who needs a full featured review application for their store.
Jo Lorenz helped me to place the review widget - the service was excellent! I think I am probably one of thousands who rates this app highly. It is an essential service for any shop owner, more of an essential than an extra. Before I had Yotpo I was relying on customers to come back and write a review - but alas this did not happen. The minute I installed Yotpo they emailed my customers with a reminder and the reviews came pouring in! Highly recommended.

Wow! I had some doubt that this would work fast and efficiently but I now have about 8 reviews on my website in just 4 days! I love the fact that an email get's sent automatically after the client did his purchase. This makes a big difference in the efficiency of this system and I know it will make a big difference in my sales too!
