After six months, I strongly do not recommend Yotpo. It's a subpar product that is clunky and all over the place. Their admin interface is mismatched and terrible. Its waaay overpriced. Their outside marketing looks good, but once under the hood, you'll regret it.

Pretty terrible overall definitely looking into a better service. If you sign up for the minimum plan and ever want to a free plan beware they cancel a lot of features you had on the free plan.

As one of the top 3% performing brands on Shopify we were very excited to add Yotpo reviews to our store. Before adding the app, we did our due diligence, spoke to other Yotpo customers, etc. The Yotpo rep tells us how amazing the engagement is and how it will dramatically increase sales and pay for itself in just months.

After being told the price is $12,000 a year we thought that was a lot for us but decided it was going to be great based on all our fact checking. Unfortunately it was the opposite. We installed the app just before Black Friday 2016 (most traffic we get all year) and the results we're far from stellar.

If you're looking for a review app, my recommendation is if you have the annual budgets for this type of investment with the potential of no return for months or years then I would recommend because the engagement is actually great for us. Its just not converting to increased sales at all.

I'm rating the great service I received from Doner P. It can be hard as a soloprenuer doing everything on your own, so I really appreciate when I am able to get help through Yotpo Support to help me get things fixed, done quickly and correctly! Thanks for your help Doner! Also got great service from Eunice. After getting a bit of a run around from another representative that didn't fix the issue I was having, I luckily got my support ticket assigned to Eunice who was GREAT! She resolved my issue within 24 hours.

I used this to help get more reviews, and it's worked well for that. The support was very helpful too. Cons - I find the dashboard slow and a bit too busy.

Wow. I'm really grateful for the customer service. I was lucky to get connected with Nicole L, who helped me with a issue I was having getting the Ratings Widget to show both on the Product Page and the Landing Page. Couldn't have done it without her ( I tried), and she did such a great job while being super nice about it. And to get help so early in the morning, I'm so happy!

swift reply from the customer support. Fixed my problem immediately, but apparently it could only be done at their end... I wish I could have done it myself without needing help from customer support. Overall the app is worth it :) Another thing I'm not happy with is that the language of the new widget can't be change yet
