Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

We've used this app for just a few weeks and have already received dozens of positive reviews. Because we were very concerned about abusing our customers' trust by sending them unsolicited emails requesting a review, we customized our email so there is no question it is from us - and have since asked our first dozen reviewers how they felt about it - not one of them thought it was creepy or spammy, much to our relief. It is really nice to have a way to share the nice things people say about our product and cause.

What a fantastic app, what fantastic service, what more can I say! - Smiley Face!

I have been using this app for several months now. When I first started my store I had several apps installed - this is the only one I have left. It has produced consistent feedback from buyers and really turned out to be an excellent addition to the store. I would have zero hesitation in recommending this to any shopify user.

Super easy install! I'm not (at all) comfortable with HTML, but their instructions made it a breeze. A delight, even.

I'll be counting on work of mouth from happy customers to get my small business off the ground. That means Yotpo could end up being the most important feature on my new website. I'm very happy that Cooper-House directed me to Yotpo.

I got an email from Yotpo asking for another review, and I want to do all I can to help out – it's a great app. This system won't let me do a 'fresh' review, so I'm just adding on to the old one...

Easy set up, easy to customize the note that goes to the customer – as well as the timing interval. I do wish it was easier to integrate the number of stars/reviews into the product info (meaning, easy for a luddite like me).

Even more, I wish that you could comment on customer's reviews without having to upgrade to Pro status. I'd be happy to pay a small monthly fee, but I can't imagine ever being able to afford the current Pro pricing.

Still, a very handy app – and the people that run their customer service have been great.

Reinier was absolutely incredible at helping us add the review carousel to our homepage as well as showing star ratings on our collection pages. Definitely couldnt have done this myself!
