Yotpo absolutely the best in the reviews game. Don't waste your time with any other app. Also, Radly E was super helpful in the chat. Helped us make some setting changes quickly and even provided us the information about how it was done so we can do it ourselves in the future.
The installation instructions were a bit unclear and that was frustrating. But the online support team was great! Thanks Junalou in particular!
Just started using Yotpo and have been really impressed with it's functionality. I had to bring existing reviews in from another review app and Caroline was absolutely fantastic in helping me get reviews imported and styled correctly in my store. Thanks Yotpo!
I use this app to capture review and star ratings. The customisation is great as I matched with my brand colours and the support team were super useful when I needed assistance installing parts of this. Very good!! Highly recommend

Honestly, best customer service on an app i've ever had! Orly replies on chat straight away every time and is very helpful! Highly recommend
