Great App, easy to setup. There could be some more tweaks to change, but for now pretty solid.

Worst experience ever. During the initial sales pitch we were promised to have all of our data migrated from our existing subscription service over to Yotpo within 48hrs. Only after we signed the agreement we then found out that there is a 6 week wait! What a joke.
Next we requested that before the Yotpo widget goes live it needed finally approval from our end to make sure everything is set up correctly. We haven't heard in days from the team that's supposed to complete the migration from us - all the sudden a Yotpo subscription order pops up on our backend. A customer signed up to a subscription using a service we had not authorized yet and to top it all off - the migration team didn't follow our instructions meaning the selling plan (discount) that was applied to the product that the customer created a subscription for was completely wrong. We've submitted screen shots and asked how it is possible for customers to create Yotpo subscriptions when we hadn't gone live with it yet? Their reply was: "it's impossible for this to happen, the widget is turned off."
Well it isn't and we submitted proof.
There has not been one positive bit about the experience of working with Yotpo. So far we've been lied to in order to get us to sign the agreement and it's only gotten worse from there.
Great support received from Thessanyl and overall a great app, easy to use! Would definitely recommend this app.

Tech support is a challenge. Thus far, the four times I have contacted them, they have escalated the tickets, which means at least a 24-hour wait for someone to get back to you. In their support chat, they disable the ability to upload screenshots, so every time within the chat, you have to request the ability to upload a screenshot. This is unheard of. None of the other apps I use have this feature disabled for their support chat. I used to use their SMS product and dropped it (with credits paid for) as I couldn't get a call back from their salesperson to walk through the product's features.
This review shouldn't surprise the developer because I believe in giving notice - at least twice - before posting a negative review. But they didn't care. Overall, I do not recommend this app because while the app is promising, the critical part of it - the support behind it is lacking.
I don't have long-term experience with this app (downloaded it JUST today), but I am already feeling good about it thanks to the chat support. I reached out to the chat support and was immediately helped. Thessanyl quickly resolved my question, and I'm now able to continue preparing my subscription launch. I'll return in a few months to review once I have more experience using it.
Quick response and got our edit quickly done and with fantastic communication. We have had a better user experience ever since.

This is the best thing that could have happened. I have been using another subscription service for a while now. I have also been with Yotpo from the beginning for my customer reviews, then I implemented the customer points. Now they offer the subscription service. Can I just say with everything now all in one place this is absolutely beautiful. Their migration process was so amazing. Not one hiccup. Roland was in charge of my process. He even had videos that showed my website and step by step instructions. I am not very computer literate, and I didn't have to be. My unborn grandchild could figure this out....hahahah. Yotpo Team and Roland Thank you all for everything you have provided, and I know you will still be there when I need you.
