Our team has used and loved Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty for the past couple of years. We recently migrated over to Yotpo's subscription service and could not be more pleased with what we're seeing so far. Yotpo subscriptions are easy to set up and very intuitive. Their support team has been fantastic, Roland has been a massive help in working through some issues that we encountered when getting everything set up.

Just transferred my subscriptions from Recharge to Yotpo. There were quite a few details that needed to be ironed out. Sheen took charge of my case and was very persistent, professional, and polite. The entire job was done well because of Sheen. I am happy with the Yotpo Subscriptions - clean, easy to use and integrates with Yotpo Loyalty. The customer service really was above and beyond for this one.

Sales promised that the migration would be smooth and painless, with everything ported over from Bold without an issue and that payments would be uninterrupted. It ended up taking a month of multiple emails a day, our team splicing together information from multiple incomplete sources to satisfy Yotpo's demands, and 50% of our customers migrated without transferring payment details, so we may still lose a substantial amount of revenue in the upcoming quarter.

It was a massive investment of time for our team to make this happen, and 100% not what we were promised. Sales either deliberately or accidentally misrepresented the process so thoroughly that we were frequently clashing with Support - "We were told this wouldn't be a problem," well it's a problem. "We were told this would be handled by Yotpo." Absolutely not.

Transferring an existing system to Yotpo is a gargantuan investment of time and effort on the part of you, the customer, and if you don't jump through every hoop they will refuse to move forward until you do.

That being said, the app seems to work well, has adequate reporting, and has been fairly solid so far. Just don't believe anything Sales tells you.

Yotpo Subscriptions offers the most customization options than any other service my company has used so far. It has been great with all of the different types of campaigns/sales we run. And the customer service is top-notch! Roland M. in specific has been so incredibly helpful and patient. I must have reached out about 15 times in a row and he graciously helped me solve every issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend Yotpo for all your subscription needs!

Migration was smooth, very responsive and friendly customer service. This new subscription system also makes accessing a discount code incredibly easy for subscribers (if you're using Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards), which is a huge benefit for us

I had an issue and couldn't figure out how to add Yotpo to my home page. I contacted them yesterday night, in an 1h the problem was fixed. They were really helpful and quick to reply, thanks again !!

The Yotpo team and Radley have been great to work with. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all quickly and patiently. I do hope they can get Yotpo to work on mobile devices soon, as that would be super helpful for my business. The desktop version is working great so far!
