I'm only starting to build my subscription base now, but this app has been perfect so far, especially for the fact that I am on the free subscription! I really do recommend it, it looks great within my design on the store and is really easy for the customer to choose their subscription rate. I have just had my first issue where a customer forgot to add the shipping and the chat assistant fixed this for me, was super easy and Roland M was a great help! Thanks team, keep up the great work!

This is the best thing that could have happened. I have been using another subscription service for a while now. I have also been with Yotpo from the beginning for my customer reviews, then I implemented the customer points. Now they offer the subscription service. Can I just say with everything now all in one place this is absolutely beautiful. Their migration process was so amazing. Not one hiccup. Roland was in charge of my process. He even had videos that showed my website and step by step instructions. I am not very computer literate, and I didn't have to be. My unborn grandchild could figure this out....hahahah. Yotpo Team and Roland Thank you all for everything you have provided, and I know you will still be there when I need you.

I've been running my subscription business for a number of years and I previously used two other subscription apps prior to migrating my customers to Yotpo Subscriptions. A big thank you to the outstanding support from Sheen & Jomar, the migration support team where amazing with communication and made the transition to Yotpo so seamless. The subscription app is easy to install and set up subscriptions for my store. They also have lighting fast customer service via chat. The subscriptions team at Yotpo has been excellent from start to finish in terms of getting our data migrated, fixing small issues with the widget, and setting up functionalities for us. Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. Looking forward to all the new features and updates that come out as well as I'm always looking for ways to bring more value to my customers.

The subscriptions team at Yotpo has been excellent from start to finish in terms of getting our data migrated, fixing small issues with the widget, and setting up functionalities for us. Clarifying business need through having a zoom call to constant emails updating the progress of the setup were extremely helpful in keeping us in the loop.
The customer support in general for any of the Yotpo apps is outstanding, questions are answered within minutes on the live chat, and any complex or specific requests are passed through to the right person straight away who emails solutions back within 1-12 hours (our experience).

I installed the app and had difficulty with applying different subscription options to different Variants of the same Product, but Vergian spent a good amount of time walking me through some changes that might help on Chat. None of them worked as of yet, but they're going to work on their end and if it gets resolved and I can have clear instructions on adding additional Variants with their own different subscription plans, I'll be very happy to give 5 Stars!

Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. The app works well on Shopify and after going through quite a bit of mediocre apps on here, YotPo is definitely a big step up than others.

We had a theme update and began receiving questions from our customers on how they could access and manage their accounts. I reached out to yotpo chat support and Happy Sheen Buhay assisted me in fixing this. It was a very seamless process to get our site up and working easily (without having to get my developers involved). Overall Yotpo Subscriptions is fairly intuitive for someone that is not the most technical with websites. I had an issue where I only wanted to display subscriptions for particular product variants. Thessanyl took their time walking me through the steps to complete via web chat. Something was not working on my end. But, they went the extra mile to help me resolve the issue quickly. That means a lot to small business owners. Great support and helpful team. Yotpo Subscriptions has been great so far.

had a problem i could figure out and it was frustrating me to no end. Once i open the chat and spoke with Roland he fixed the issue and also gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself if i ever ran into the problem again. I am super happy and super satisfied! Easy to install and setup subscriptions for my store. They also have lighting fast customer service via chat. I had a design change that required some custom code, and Thessanyl was able to make the changes in minutes. Everything is great so far, thanks Yotpo!
