their customer service is very helpful unlike most apps where it is unavailiable most of the time.
The experience is great and user support is provided timely
I recently just started using their services and as I'm still waiting for an order to be processed and shipped I can't comment on their shipping abilities. What I can say is that their staff have always been helpful and have been able to answer all of my questions. Will need more time to see how they ship and feedback from my customer.

Zendrop app is easy to use, not difficult to navigate, and the customer service is pleasant to work with and very responsive.

- Customer Support: The mantra "it's out of our control" became a recurring theme in communications with Zendrop's support team, echoing over 100 times without offering solid solutions or assurances.
- Operational Inefficiencies: These issues bring to light critical questions about what Zendrop genuinely controls if quality, delivery times, and process management seem beyond their grasp.
