I had an email typo in an account setup and did not know it and after discovering a bill for a Plus Plan I reached out to them since I had already set up another account with the correct email since I was not receiving correspondence from them (going to the incorrect email I provided). They helped me resolve the matter rather than just sticking to the no refund after 5 days of activation policy. Zendrop! What can I say. The website is reasonably simple to use and navigate. Customization can be tricky unless you go through all the training videos. HOWEVER the customer service via chat is one of the best i have experienced. I recently opened a Shopify store and had the need to contact Zendrop 3 times. Every single time the customer service representatives were patient and understanding and most importantly resolved my issues quickly. I never waited more than a minute to get redirected from the BOT to the Live person. I highly recommend Zendrop for its products and its amazing customer service. Thank You.

Words will be many if I were to describe how awesome Zendrop and the whole team behind it is. So to keep it simple I would say I think they are fantastic! I think they are one of the best, if not the best in their field. 5 Stars all they way!

It has great tools, but I think you should extend the free trial period to give new dropshippers the chance to start generating money before paying your monthly fee

I have not had any issues with Zendrop and their platform makes it easy to find products, add products to your store, do product research, complete orders and a bunch more. You won't regret getting this app for drop shipping and if for some reason you do, they have AI Bots and a 24/7 support team right there to assist you.

Zendrop has a nice looking and easy to use application. Works well and their customer support is rather good as well. No faults so far. We just wish there was a more extensive catalogue of products (especially with custom/personalised goods). Branding feature is only available who are willing to spend big bucks, and that's not us I'm afraid.
