The absolute worst customer service of all time. PATHETIC
If you think this is an option for you my advice is to make sure you learn as much as possible from your account rep you have the first 30 days; take notes and make sure your tracking pixels are working because afterward you are totally on your own. The online chat cannot answer questions. They will create a ticket and not follow up. AdRoll must be very successful for some because they do not care about helping you once you are a regular customer. I paused my campaign for several months and when I had more money to spend on a campaign the support was extremely negligent; they were unable to assist in making sure my tracking pixels were working properly. After 100,000+ ad impressions my ROI was literally 0%. Sign up at your own risk. FYI: when you do a search in their Help section under "cancel my account" there are no results!

Been using it for 4 months spend around $400 a day ($12,000 a month). It's far less effective then other ad retargetting systems. Google will get you a lot more traffic for $400 a day. With Adroll we get only 65-100 clicks a day were with google for $400 we got closer to 400 to 600 a day and a lot more coverage and conversion. The reporting basically reports anyone who sees the ad and buys something, not always people who click on it. Stay away. Use Creito, Yahoo, Google, anything but AdRoll. I paused everything and deleted my account today, my agency suggested them. Otherwise I would I shut down long ago. If your agency suggests them look for a new agency also, it means they don't know anything about online marketing.

We used adroll for about 3 months and we were excited when we signed up, but it was a disaster for most of the journey. the results were poor with an average ROAS of less than 1. Our account manager promised a lot of things along the way that was never implemented. Calls were scheduled that was cancelled without notice or reason, so eventually, we had enough and uninstalled the app.
Also, their reporting is off, so make sure you have your own tracking as well.

It would be nice if the Adroll support team was more informed about the known bug (using an underscore in the cName code) that prevents the Email from connecting with the Shopify server. It took me over a week of, "It's a Shopify issue" before they admitted it was a known bug and that they hoped to develop a solution soon (meaning, maybe one day). I could always move my host DNS shopping to another server so their broken code would work on my site. I think it is wrong to sell a product that you know does not work as you advertise.

Can we leave zero stars?
Adroll has a known issue with double reporting in Facebook. They did not tell me about this upfront, but had no problem taking my money for 40 days until I noticed and ran my own reports.

So I shut off my FB ads and my web ads still have errors. Adroll is taking credit for sales that have not been generated. Simple match can show what all my ad funnels are generating for me. Adroll always had inflated numbers.

No compensation offered. While I do not think they are intentionally trying to cause issues, it is clear that they do not care.

VERY DISAPPOINTED they tempt you with a free $60 "try adroll for free" is what they claim, the reality? they charge your credit card each week without any consent or notification of how much it will be. $30 per week they have been charging me and i had no idea as i was told i had a $60 free trial and didn't agree to any further spend beyond that. This is my first bad experience with a shopify app and i would suggest you stay well clear!

The app had a lot of glitches with displaying accurate data (it was severely off) and the subscription. I tried getting assistance via phone call but they didn't show up for the call. I sent several emails regarding the call and further assistance but didn't receive one response. They also charged me even though I wasn't set up to the point to run ads so I'll be contacting my bank. It seems that if you experience issues integrating their app, then you are not the customer they choose. I would go elsewhere for a company who values every customer, and brands of all sizes.

I had high hopes for this but it didn't work out for my particular shop. I was told to try it longer and I would see results but I had already spent a lot of money and didn't even break even. If you have the extra funds, give it a try. But for now it didn't seem worth it for me.

I uninstalled the app on the 12th because there isn't any advertising going on and they still charged me and now I can't log in to their website.

To assist you further, I have reviewed the account and can confirm that there are no active plans at the moment. I want to assure you that we do not charge once the plan is canceled or the account is closed.

It seems there was a bit of misperception because it looks like the account was removed on Shopify, but was not closed from the AdRoll directly. Please know if the AdRoll +Shopify integration is removed, there will be an email sent from our end informing the active campaigns/plans will be paused/canceled within 24 hours as shown here: https://app.screencast.com/3LMKgdFDHZhDZ. And, our system will automatically downgrade the plan.

However, it looks like the invoice was generated while the integration removal status was not reflected as it would take a maximum of 24 hours to reflect the same on the AdRoll dashboard. Thus, an invoice was generated. Nevertheless, I want to assure you that there will be no charges from our end, and I will personally contact our Finance team to make sure everything is resolved.

I’d also like to follow up with you personally to address any concerns you might have. I want to make this right for you. I have sent you an email, so please reply at your convenience, and I will be happy to assist you further.
