Awesome technical service. Vipin was very thorough in helping with my query. They even readded some deleted code (my mistake) and also added extra code to help ajax filters load. They are always responsive and will help you solve your issue.
A more thorough FAQ would also help solve some of the questions but otherwise is very good and works basically straight out of the box once your settings are set up..

Excellent! I am so impressed with their customer service — Vineet quickly understood my requests and made complex code changes for my shop that I feel are worth many times more the monthly price paid. It exceeded my expectations. It's everything I wanted and more. Don't hesitate to buy this app!

I have used a few of the larger preorder apps on my store before and after many issues of the app breaking down I decided to swap to Advanced PreOrder and I cannot be happier with my decision. The support team in prompt and actually reads my email and addresses the issues going above and beyond to help! Their app is extremely well built and easy to use as well HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
