We haven't launched yet, so haven't started accepting pre-orders, but support for the install been excellent so far. There were some display issues with the cart and notification email, however Vikas was extremely responsive, polite and helpful. Thank you!

This app has helped me set up preorder buttons throughout my site. There was some compatibility issues with my theme (Blockshop) and the support team was able to fix them. I usually get a response from support within 24 hours!

Vipin was awesome at helping me get the app to work properly on a 3rd party Theme. We didn't even have to involve the developer which has never happened. He was professional and efficient and knew the urgency of getting the app up and running. This app is amazing if you are looking away to take preorders without a bunch of personal time tracking the information needed for preorders.

Estamos teniendo problemas con la pp todo el día y no tenemos solución. No podemos activar casillas ni escribir en las celdas...parece que está bloqueado el acceso a clickar en la web. estamos perdiendo ventas y no obtenemos solución por ningún canal, seguimos a la espera, no es la primera vez que ocurre, lo cierto es decir que en otras ocasiones si nos llegó la solución de manera más rápida

I used this app to help me a the preorder function to some of my product.

The HELP I received from the APP developers was amazing! They made it so easy for me and explained everything I needed to know.

I would definitely recommend this APP to anyone looking for a way to add a pre-order option to their online store!

This is the best app for preorders and partial payment. They have also the best customer service. I have received excellent support from Vipin Garg. There were some compatibility issues because some of our products have custom options and Vipin was able to help me fix them. I fully recommend this app.
