The app did not load right away (i have a custom theme), but once I reached out to tech support, they helped me fix the problems. After that, everything went very smoothly. I would recommend it.

Thank you to Francisco and the Affirm Integration team for making this an easy app to install with a quick turnaround. I also appreciated the onboarding classes which highlighted all the important details about this service. Excited to have this as part of my eCommerce store!
I am about to launch my store, so my review is not in that regard. My rating is based on my experience with the onboarding rep that assisted me. He went over and beyond to help me get their app fully integrated into my website. He went to my website to ensure my customers would be able to effectively purchase their items with no issues. I will update my rating once customers actually start using the app. So far, so good! By the way, his name is Kyle, but I won't give him his last name. Just in case he doesn't want me to.
We tried to integrate Affirm to our Shopify store and it was a nightmare.
We provided our banking + verification info only to get an error message.
We created a support ticket and instead of resolving the error, support told us to abandon the current email address and use a new email to make a new business account (makes no sense as our Shopify store is already linked to the original email account we were told to abandon.). After troubling our IT to create a new email address, we got an error and could not create a new business account.
This is a very buggy app, the FAQ is not helpful at all, the customer service is horrible, I am at the verge of just forgoing split payment.
I am giving this app a 1 star since it is currently not working. I am unable to login via google with an error stating connection refused and when I log in using username and password the app states that it needs to be reinstalled.
Probably the worst customer support in the business for this type of app. No one is helping me and when they do reply all they say is uninstall the app and reinstall it. For such a major company, their customer service is subpar at best. Come on! I've had this app and it worked great. Now I have a new theme and it's not working and no one from Affirm is helping. How do you expect to keep your customers if you're not helping them? I need help ASAP with this app. UPDATE: Still no help from support. I would think if you want me to add your app on my store you would provide help besides directing me to a document.

Affirm initially worked for a few months and is no longer functional. Customers get an error message when trying to checkout with Affirm and the app is stuck on asking me to update promotional messaging (window freezes when clicking on the update button).
Phone support was removed for merchants????? Seriously????
Support is only through email now and is next to useless as their responses to your issues are just copied from their manuals online. I can't believe this company gets the business it does. I would recommend any store owner to look for an alternative financing app.
