Great app. Works well and has helped increase AOV.

Also, had an issue that wasn't the easiest to solve but Armon and Brandon took the extra time to help resolve it. Really impressed with their support and willingness to help solve it to the end.

I was charged $149.99 USD because my store grew, yet Aftersell actually generated less revenue than the previous period.

So I’m paying more for worse performance.

There was no warning about the price increase, and no improvement on their end to justify it.

They’re simply charging more because my store grew, not because they delivered more value. Ridiculous.

Easy to set up, transparent pricing and great support during setup! What could be improved is multi-language. System labels can only be translated into one language at the moment. We have an international store, so multi-language support would be great!

AfterSell has been super easy to set up and does exactly what it promises.
The post-purchase upsells are clean, fast, and don’t interrupt the checkout experience, which is huge.

I really like how customizable the thank you page and offers are, and the analytics make it easy to see what’s actually working. The app feels very polished and integrates smoothly with Shopify.

Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed clarification.

There's a lot of power behind Aftersell, giving Shopify store owners like me the tools I need to cross-sell and upsell to consumers who happily purchased my products. I was deeply impressed after I got stuck with a post-purchase funnel how-to issue and Hailey from the support team jumped into a chat window to help me with the matter. Not only did she assist me via chat, but she recorded a video showing me the step-by-step approach to solving the matter. Superb service (and it was almost 11 PM at night!).
