Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version.

Even with minimal post purchase upsells setup, this app will potentially charge you hundreds of $ as it's pricing is based on TOTAL orders, not orders where the app is actually deployed. For us, the return on the investment was not worth it. I'm still using the free trial so jury is out on the product yet as we are only just setting it up but the customer service / help desk are amazing so leaving the review to compliment them on a job very well done.
So far the app looks good but only been using it for a couple of days so will give a more thorough review after a month

So far this sub app is working great. I really like the scheduling feature. This has made my customers experience with our product, and their subscriptions better.
