Charged for years despite not using the app

I recently discovered that I’ve continued to be billed monthly for AfterSell despite not actively using the app for years. I’ve contacted support to resolve this - waiting to hear back..

I’m disappointed that these charges continued for so long and am hoping AfterSell will review the account usage and make this right. I’ll update this review to reflect how the team ultimately resolves the issue.

I found a bug, let the support team know about it, and they got to work on a fix immediately! The app speaks for itself, phenomenal upsell features; but the devs behind it are amazing. Big shoutout to Mark for staying on top of the fix and providing updates.

We had a complicated issue involving one of our post purchase offers, and AfterSell’s response genuinely impressed me. Brandon took the time to investigate the history, speak with the Product Team, explain exactly what happened, and find a very generous resolution for our business.

He was transparent, responsive, and treated the situation like it actually mattered. There were no canned replies or attempts to brush us off. Even though the issue was not entirely AfterSell’s responsibility, their team still went far beyond what they were required to do to help us.

The app has been valuable to our store, but the support behind it is what earned this 5 star review.

The team at Aftersell must not sleep because the platform seems to evolve + improve every week. We're on track to do nearly $100k in added revenue our first month in. Special shoutout to Sayaad for getting us to see that the grass indeed is much greener on the other side.

Support also has been phenomenal, especially during our transition away from ReBuy. Encountered a tracking issue and Pierre on the support team was quick to jump in — would love to continue to see MCP functionality advance and keep up the great work!

A great selection of revenue-increasing tools. Upsells, trust badges, reward progress widgets, and many other other checkout customizations. Solid, easy to use, and affordable.

I've been surprisingly impressed by how quickly customer support responds to issues and finds solutions. And I don't know why, but their app has been converting way better than the other upsell apps we've used with the same offers. Great experience so far!

Support is great, but the functionality of the app is lacking. I would like to see more flexibility with upsell styling and formatting. I would also like to see a proper mode to A/B test full upsell funnels instead of just upsells within a funnel.

I feel like the upsell options are more designed for impulse purchases based on discounts instead of actual thoughtful flows

Some things are hard to figure out yourself, but the customer support team responds very quickly and helps with everything. I like the designability of this app, and it for sure gives me more options than just the standard cart my theme has.
