I was setting up an upsell offer and ran into a couple of challenges regarding product images and replacing an existing order with an upgraded variant. Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version.
