Aftership customer service was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. There are many tracking software's however customer service can be a big difference and Aftership provided that. I was provided step was information by Mr. Chaitanya Singh Thakur who was brilliant. Would recommend for sure.

The dashboard clearly shows that I'am on the FREE plan.
I had this app installed for multiple months without paying a cent. Guess what out of the blue I got a charge for $300 on a plan I'am not supposed to be chagred.

I will update this review If this is resovled but after unsucessfull attempts of getting this resolved with the customer supprot I'am left with having to dispute this charge on shopify and with my bank.

As of now I would recommed anyone reading this to just look for a different app.

This is one app i was told is a must to download once i opened by shopify store. I have a drop shipping store and i know they said not all purchases are trackable. With this app it gives my customers and insight view of where their package is. I love that. It gives my customers a peace of mind and it helps me from not having to answer a million emails about where they're package is
