Have been setting up the aftership tracking for 1 month. It has been serving my toddler boutique, The Top Drawer (www.thetotdrawer.com) very well. The online store is selling top-drawer quality of toddler fashion items for boys and girls, 0-7 years old. The app helps to track these shipment, I am happy with it and my customers are happy.

So far everything works perfectly, useful and free for small business start-up

The customization allowed is much better than some of the competitors, although the price is higher as well.

Just installed the app. Some coding required but the instructions are very clear. Ran into a problem with my DNS settings trying to verify my email, & Riyaz was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me! Looking forward to seeing this app in action, at which time I'll gladly amend my review. ➡️ Amended review: Had to alter my shopify notifications to include AfterShips templates to eliminate double emails being sent to customers. Their instructions were VERY clear & concise which I appreciate. There is an additional one time purchase for this feature as it includes subscribing to AfterShip's email template app. Worth the $49 if it eliminates sending duplicate emails (which can be SO obnoxious) I find their support staff to be very fast to respond, patient, and eager to assist. Very refreshing in an app. Thanks SO much! ➡️EDIT: Unfortunately, I had to remove the app thru no fault of theirs. A different 3rd party app I must use wasn't compatible, so reluctantly - i deleted AfterShip. Hated to do it because it's a great app! Thanks to Riyaz and Ankush for all of their help along the way.

Shopify now offers nearly all functionality that Aftership offers. I am cancelling my service after years now that they decided to charge an extra $100 per month to view transit stats, which was previously included in my plan. The company's management clearly doesn't understand how to treat customers. You can't take away features and then offer said features to customers for an extra $100 per month. Not sure what's wrong with this company, but I would avoid anything they build. You'll get progressively higher bills without explanation and then they will take away features you grew accustomed to in order to then turn around and offer them back to you for more money.

First Time setting up app. I soon realized that I needed help understanding how to connect the app to my store. Within a few minutes of contacting Ankit he was very patient with me, in helping me set up the app and understanding what was asked of me within the app. He was also very clear with his explanation about the features of Aftership of which I had a few questions. I left the conversation feeling glad that I signed up for Aftership.
