It doesn't let me sync my shopify orders! It's probably just needs small maintenance.
Very bad customer support. I wanted to get a refund becuase I paid for the app 1 hour ago and haven't used it at all. And I hope I will not get charged $11 + $44 in additional charges for this. If I do, I will make anything possible to get my money back. Very poor customer service, extremley pure. I had to ask 10 times for a refund for them to understand what I want.
I've just started using after ship but so far so good. They responded right away to my concern. So glad to have aftership.

Aftership is exactly what I was looking for and more! It's nice that they offer a free plan, but the premium plan is very affordable. If you use shipping service, you have to have this app.
Customer Service was responsive and friendly, I am working late at night and there was a real person helping me with my setup questions.
Had Issues with the app related to Custom Tracking Link and Language preference but Customer Support was eventually able to fix it.
