This is one of those times where you should disregard the rating and read the 1 star reviews, because like every other 1 star review on this app, I was also stung with deceptive a price plan and then continuous charges, even after uninstalling the app. I had to contact shopify to step in to stop the billing to my account. Find another app...trust me.

To be able to focus on product quality and service, we needed to take care of some basic customer needs. This included shipping tracking, and is exactly what AfterShip enabled us to do. I can see how the app could be useful. But it isn't returning delivery dates for NZ Post - so is effectively only telling me half the information it could be.
Easily set up and automate the whole shipment tracking and return order process. It already eliminate 75% of the order processing workload but if it can also provide the auto shipping rate calculate that would be the best of both worlds!
