Can't change from individual to business because password is "incorrect" which has to be correct. Asked for instructions to reset for 3 times. Nothing. No email came, NOTHING.

A good app really, however you gotta pay for a lot of the premium features which you can get for free with Track123

The app seems useful but didn't do it's job in my case. Tried tracking an USPS order but it didn't find anything, while the official website does. Uninstalled..

I haven't used the app yet but the customer service is super fast!! I hope to provide 5* later - when I have seen an order through.
